Advice to Aspiring Musicians:

Learn to love practicing, and always try to achieve you personal best.  Try to stay musical with what you play and play for the song, dont let lack of focus or ego get in the way.  Make lots of friends and support them in their musical endeavors.  And last but not least,  be over prepared for whatever muscial situation you step into!
